Manfield House is situated at the Junction of Southampton Street and The Strand on the edge of the Covent Garden Piazza, and looks onto the iconic Savoy Hotel.
The entrance to our office building is 1 Southampton Street.
The nearest stations to our office are Charing Cross, Covent Garden and Waterloo.
We do not have allocated car parking available, but there are public car parks in the vicinity. Please bear in mind that we are located in a Congestion Charge Zone and ULEZ applies.
There is lift access to our office on the 6th Floor of Manfield House.

View Steve's profileDavid is an International Corporate Tax specialist. He has over 30 years’ experience in providing commercially focused tax advice and support to a wide range of clients, from technology start-ups to large inward investing corporates.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, David went on to qualify as a Chartered Tax Adviser and prior to joining Alliotts as a partner in 2014 he held the position of tax partner in Grant Thornton and subsequently in PwC.
David focuses on providing strategic tax advice to entrepreneurs and privately owned businesses. By investing time in understanding clients and their businesses he is able to provide advice which is practical and appropriate to clients’ circumstances in order to keep taxes to a sensible minimum. He advises on a wide range of taxes including transaction planning, UK outbound and inbound structuring, corporate tax, technology tax reliefs, investor and shareholder planning, capital gains tax and LLPs. David advises both UK and overseas business owners on international tax planning.
David also specialises in advising individuals and businesses in the media sector on UK film tax credits, video games tax reliefs and other creative sector tax incentives. He also advises on EIS and SEIS.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience advising clients from a wide cross section, ranging from large international companies, professional partnerships and family businesses to Charity and Not for Profit organisations.
He leads the firm’s Charity and Not for Profit team which provides audit compliance, financial reporting and outsourced services to a broad range of organisations within the sector.
Steve adopts a practical role and is often in near daily contact with some of his clients, as a result he often hears about, and provides solutions to, issues before they become problems.
Steve is the elected Chairman of Alliotts and is responsible for driving the firm’s future strategy.
