What we seek
We are looking for people who have the ambition and drive to succeed as qualified accountants and who have the personality to gain credibility early on in the workplace

As a graduate applicant you should have, as a minimum:
- 2:2 degree or above in ANY discipline
- Maths GCSE grade 6 (B) or above (or equivalent) and English GCSE at grade 4/5 (C) or above (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 120 UCAS points or equivalents, from your top three grades (AS levels and General Studies are not accepted)
Post A-Level candidates should, in the absence of a degree, have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points.

What You Can Expect
Practical Experience
To start with, you will become part of an audit team. Accompanied and mentored by experienced colleagues, through the audit process you will progressively learn the key skills, ‘hands on’. As your experience, confidence and competency increases, you will be given higher degrees of responsibility for your assignments – until ultimately you are entrusted to undertake a full audit.
Training Programmes
In addition to gaining ‘on-the-job’ experience, you will be given formal training to become professionally qualified. There are a number of routes open to you through which you can train – each suiting different learning styles.
Our graduate trainees study for the Association of Chartered Accountants [ACA] qualification awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales [ICAEW]. We also offer ACA/CTA training for those who wish to specialise in tax.
Post A-Level trainees will study first for the Association of Accounting Technicians [AAT] qualification, after which they may progress to study for either of the ACA or ACCA qualifications.
