Whilst always a keen walker, in the last few years Ian has taken up running, first completing the London Marathon in 2011. More recently he feels more comfortable with half marathons regularly doing 2 or 3 each year with target times of under 2 hours. Training twice or three times a week Ian has achieved a good level of fitness and is determined to keep on running – even when the weather could be kinder.
