Paul Grice

Paul started his career as a payroll specialist 25 years ago. He has spent over 20 years in private practice outsourcing; spending nine years as a member of KPMG’s London payroll team providing payroll services to clients, before joining a further two top 50 accountancy practices.  After moving to Guildford in early 2019 Paul joined Alliotts payroll team as a manager in 2019.

Paul would say that the experience he gained from working with a variety of clients over this time has helped him to develop the important skills needed to deal with client payrolls, identifying issues before they become problems; managing client expectations; and balancing competing, often tight, deadlines. Paul works with organisations of varying sizes and across all sectors, delivering a personalised tailored service aimed at meeting his client’s specific needs. Paul keeps up to date with any changes to payroll legislation to make sure that his clients are fully aware of how they may be affected.

Paul’s leisure interests include cycling, sailing, walking, watching movies, DIY, gardening, and cooking.
