OECD Pillar Two Rules Explained
OECD Pillar Two Rules addresses the tax changes arising from the digitalisation of the economy by establishing a global minimum corporate tax standard.
A member of our corporate tax team Angie provides corporation tax services to a wide range of clients. She is motivated by finding solutions for clients and achieving a successful outcome. She also assists clients with personal tax compliance matters. Angie is also a member of our China Team.

Angie is engaged in the preparation of tax computations and returns for a variety of companies from small to large, including audited companies. In addition to preparing tax returns, Angie liaises with HM Revenue and Customs regarding any issues that may need to be rectified on behalf of clients. Adapting to each client’s distinct needs, technical research has additionally been carried out by Angie with the likes of Tonnage Tax and Patent Box Regimes.
Although a member of the corporation tax team, Angie has leveraged her knowledge from her training as an ACA Chartered Accountant to competently work across both of Alliotts’ corporation and personal tax teams. Angie’s area of expertise in the personal tax team is in preparing personal tax returns which also include:-
With Angie’s bi lingual skills in speaking both English and Chinese (Cantonese) she works with Chinese clients to advise and prepare personal tax returns for those who have a preference for communication in their first language.
Angie has an appreciation of the enjoyment of culinary experiences and enjoys travel for the exposure to a wide variety of cultures.
